Have you tried Zumba? Cause I just took my very first class and it's AWESOME. As long as you don't mind looking like a total doofus, cause I definitely did. But a very fun workout!

In the meantime, remember to evolve while you stretch. :) I love this misuse and I think I must use it in my daily life.
