jianantonicThis is how much I love not working at ADF. If I still worked there, I'd have had to wake up at 7 in time to get breakfast and get to work on time. Instead, I woke up after a full night's rest, not to an alarm, rolled over, and kissed my husband. We talked for a while - it's amazing that two people can spend every day together for over two years and wake up in the morning and still have a fresh conversation. I love him. We're having so much fun these days. I've never laughed so much as I did last night, and we weren't even doing anything - just kind of enjoying each other. Yum.
I got all my tests back from last week. One B and two As. I'm kind of over grades, though. I have enough work experience that people will care more about that, anyway.
I watched the VP debates. Well, they were on while I played bridge online, so I didn't give my full attention to it. I thought John Edwards did pretty well, but Cheney did get a few stings in. I like the analogy of Luke Skywalker/Darth Vader. Darth may win, but everyone knows he's full of pure evil. Anyhow.
My friend Philip said he was praying for me for my neck to get better. I said thanks, but God's got more important work to do. He doesn't need to waste his time on my neck. Philip said, "But he wants to! He loves you so much, Meg." I like that. My neck is almost completely better, too.
My husband is giving me the I'd like you to get off the computer now back rub. I'll go...
