In 2004, my then-boyfriend and I were each having some trust issues (each of us with at least a little bit of a reason to) and we ended up seeing Closer in theaters together. Watching all these people cheat and lie to one another was kind of awkward, not gonna lie. (I still love that movie, all the same.)
