How does everyone else just seem to know these things, and get themselves onto the right track? I suppose we've all got some wreckage in some aspect of life. Hugs.
Good point about friends and destructive tendencies. It's a hard line to walk sometimes, in all relationships: significant other, friends, siblings... It's something I've been trying harder to not nag, but just be there, I suppose. Offer the alternative.
