Things that stress me out today
Oct. 15th, 2003 09:27 amI can't find my checkbook. I don't *need* it. I have more checks and credit cards and such...but it bugs the hell out of me not to be able to immediately register every expenditure. It's a sign. I need to clean my room.
Back from fall break now, and I realize, fuck, I have a paper due tomorrow. Not just a paper, but a book review, which means I have to read a book. And whose great idea was it to put midterms right after fall break? Harumph.
It's really pathetic how much I miss Jeremy. I mean, I can function independently of him, it just sucks not to get spontaneous hugs all day long. Hugs are silly things. What makes squeezing another person more affectionate than, say, rubbing elbows with a person? Nevertheless, I find myself craving hugs. That is why it is good to be friends with Ben Chambers. Sometimes, if you're lucky, he'll give you much more than a hug. :) Jer will be back on Saturday night. His bus ride back is 27 hours. Poor guy. But he's too young to rent a car so flying wasn't an option.
I feel like there's more to say but I guess there's not. I should get to reading this book, eh? Eh.
Peace.
