My mom and dad were passing through on Monday and called my uncle Jim and aunt Sandra to see if it would suit to stop by. Sandra said no, that Jim was feeling a little tired and kind of sick. Mom urged them to go to the doctor, and it turns out, Jim had a massive heart attack and didn't even feel it. He was just a little winded. So, that's good and bad. Good that he survived and wasn't in pain and that it was detected, bad that it happened - he's going to need some serious bypass surgery to remove some rather impressive blockages. He is 65, which is five years older than my grandfather (his father) was when he died of a heart attack. Jim is much more active and healthy than my grandfather was, but the genetic issues linger, so please keep him and my family in your thoughts and prayers if you are the praying type. I appreciate it.

Also, happy birthday to my big brother William - 36 today!

Back to work for now.

Peace.

Today wasn't too terribly slow until about 4. Since then, time has been crawling. I've got about 20 minutes left in my workday, and not much has happened at all. I made a very expensive discovery, though. I found the online catalog for Fire Mountain Gems and Beads. If you're feeling generous, I'll take anything from that website:) Or if you want me to make you something, you can pick out the parts on that website and I could do it that way, too. They sell beads, findings, tools - everything at wholesale. Whether the prices beat ebay remains to be seen, but I think for everything but the beads, it definitely will. Beads will be hit or miss, probably. Anyway, it makes me look forward to being wealthy, so I can afford to buy everything I want.

Jer and I went to the Indian restaurant for dinner last night. I meant to bring the leftovers to work today, but I forgot, so I'll have them for dinner instead. That's fine by me. Also, I wasn't interested in an Indian bowel movement at work. So it's better this way. Sorry, was that tmi? Heh.

Well...

Somebody send me an email or something. m taylor (at) massresort (dot) com. Of course take out the spaces and such.

Peace.
