Jun. 30th, 2012 09:48 amI had NOTHING left in the tank at the end of my race today, and I was feeling pretty discouraged at the prospect of running twice as far in six weeks -- but then I saw my time and realized why I felt that way. I ran an 8:46 pace! I PRed by more than 2.5 minutes! My previous PR was 29:50, and I finished today in 27:16. Holy shit. I feel awesome about that. So...I just need to slow the fuck down and stretching it out to 10K won't be as hard :)
