Jul. 8th, 2012 07:31 pmDare I entertain the idea that we really have found the right place this time? I keep thinking we've found what we want, and I keep being really wrong about it...but our realtor is writing an offer for us right now, so we've taken this one farther than any of the rest.
It's a condo, 1238 sq ft, 3BR/2BA, with a loft for a master suite, which I think is basically the most adorable thing ever. The neighborhood is farther out than I'd originally wanted, but still fairly close to where we are now, and the price is right. It's been listed since February, and we can't really figure out why no one has snatched it up. There are a few other units in the same neighborhood for sale, so maybe that's all there is. I guess there's some concern about resale, though I'm not too worried about it. I want to live there, so I'm not worried about our resale prospects. If and when we have a contract, I'll post more specific details about the place, pictures and such.
