jianantonicEmily and I went for a bike ride this morning. We went twice as far as we normally go, and I didn't feel half as bad at the end of it as I did the last time we rode. I guess this exercise stuff is working:)
It's still a bitch to carry my bike up three flights of stairs when I get home, though. That thing weighs more than a piano.
Now that Em's leaving for Indiana, I need to make a new friend with a truck. Or a bike rack. I can't get my bike to the good trails in my car. I guess I could borrow Dad's truck, but it doesn't have A/C and it smells like skunk.
Or I could bike to the trails, but that's like eight more miles each way. I'm not there yet.
