My neck feels much better, thanks to lots and lots of ibuprofen. I made another kickass bracelet last night, and plan to make another tonight at work. I was able to pick up another shift tomorrow night. I love the way it works there. The shift they needed help for was 10-6. I told them I couldn't come in until 1. The manager told me that'd be great, but to make it worth my while I could stay as long as I want. I'll probably stay until 9 or 10 and then go home 60 bucks richer and one more bracelet under my belt. These things are so fucking awesome. They cost me about $3 in materials and 2-4 hours apiece, so if anyone wants one, I think $10 is a fair price. They were selling for $15-$25 on the downtown mall. Sorry, I can't afford to be giving them away:( Although Nate gets one for free cause they were his idea.

I did get an A on my Reformation Theology test, as expected, but it still bummed me out. Here's why. Abshire handed it back and told me I had done exceptional work and he'd like to share my answers with some people in the class who were struggling. Naturally, I was flattered. But then I looked at his comments on the essays. On one of them, I'd gotten 47/50 points, and the only comments were negative ones. Three very nitpicky minus ones with drawn out explanations of things I'd omitted. This is why I prefer Watson's grading system. If he'd have read that essay, he would've seen that I very adequately answered the question, only omitting the tiniest of details, and he would've given me full credit because it was obvious I knew the answer and explained it clearly. But Abshire requires you to not only answer the question, but include every little detail, however insignificant or irrelevant to the train of your essay. Bah. But I still like him. I did get an A.

I've decided that my friend James and my friend Do-na-na should get together. That's you, James Gillespie, if you ever read this. Don't blush, Donna. Jer and I were talking in the car about what a nice job we did with Nate and Amanda, and I said that I hope James finds a nice girl, because he is a sweet guy. But you have to worry about the sweet ones because they can be too shy. Anyhow Jer said he should find another teacher. Anyway I'm going to have a camping trip on my farm this month. Maybe I could play some more matchmaker.

Camping trip info:
I haven't picked a date yet, but it HAS to be a Friday because I work Saturday night and Sunday morning. I've got a huge tent, but if anyone has their own, it's recommended. It will be at my farm - remember last time we did this it got quite cold, but was still a kickass time. What I want to do is head down in the early afternoon, hike up Crabtree Falls, then come back, set up camp, roast marshmallows, and have an orgy. Okay maybe not the last part but you know. So you're all invited. I might even allow alcohol, since pretty much everyone is of age. So IM me, comment, call, whatever, and tell me if you're interested. OF COURSE you can bring friends but those friends are not allowed to bring swords, guns, or drugs. I've learned from experience. Camm, bring your UVA friends that don't suck the way most UVA people do, and Jamie Kollar. Ben, bring Danny Abbott and your girlfriend. Emily, bring Patrick. Adam, bring Marta. Jeremy, bring the RT crew. Yeah. If you're not listed, you're still invited, just not required to bring anyone. Somebody bring Jose Cuervo, though;)

Seriously I want it to kick ass, so everyone has to come. It was awesome last time:)

Peace.
