Oct. 10th, 2004 07:29 amWoke up early this am, and I'm not feeling too great. Runny nose, headache, and sore throat. Bah. It's probably best I'm not going to that concert tonight. I wouldn't make it anyway. But I'll pull through;)
Everyone needs to give Emily V all their love. Don't ask why, just do it.
Work today from 8-4, then a nice long nap (maybe just completely turn in for the night) when I get home. Jer had a killer weekend at the restaurant, because it's parents' weekend at JMU. (aka another excuse to give your kid money when the little fucker should just get a damn job). Did I say that?
Yesterday at work, Michael kept saying, "I'm in a great mood today," and he did mean it - but the thing is, he wasn't. He was grouchy all day, apart from reassuring us he felt great. Silly boy.
Since this weekend is fall break, I have no school on Monday or Tuesday. That is a big fat joy, but I'll probably go to BC anyway to drop off the resume that I'm so excited about. Did I make that news public? I'm applying to be an admissions counselor at BC. I don't know if they're even hiring, but I wrote up an awesome resume and cover letter, so they'll feel terrible if they can't hire me;)
It's about time to get to work, I suppose. I feel so tired I'm afraid I'll fall asleep on the job - but I wouldn't be the first and wouldn't be the last...
Peace.
