Mini crisis. Should I take out my tongue ring?
I don't want to, but the job I have now doesn't allow it, and I keep swallowing the little plug thingies. Whatever job I get in the future probably won't allow it...but it's like a part of me...what to do...

Having an open wound in your mouth can let bad mouth bacteria into your system, which in turn can attack your heart valves. So mouth piercings aren't the greatest idea, health-wise.
