Oct. 11th, 2012 09:10 amWow, my schedule is really full. After all the remaining trips I have planned this year (Jess' wedding in two weeks, Cville for Thanksgiving, and NYC for five days in early Dec), I still come up about 2500 miles short of gold status for next year on United. So I was looking for ways to knock that out, but the truth is I don't have time in my schedule to take a trip anywhere. I have plenty of days where I can fly around and come home that day or the next, and that's fine, I just have no time to really see or do anything. So I'll either make one of the legs to NY (haven't bought that ticket yet) a mileage run where I fly all around the country before reaching my destination, or I'll just find the cheapest possible flight that puts me over 50K for the year and do an out-and-back. Simple enough. I just had no idea how full my schedule was.

S-T: off, and that brings us to 2013.
Many of those days off will be filled in with WW work, too, I just don't have a regular schedule there yet. I'm not complaining -- this is a great schedule to have and there's a lot of awesome stuff in there, it just means I don't really have room to squeeze any more travel in. So where's a good place to fly for a day?
