I am fairly confident that Obama will win.  Not confident enough that I'm all that calm today, though.  Oregon has a few ballot measures that are interesting to me, but nothing earth-shaking, and I don't think any of those are particularly close, either.  There are races in other states that are very exciting, though, and I'm anxious to see how those turn out.  It's going to be a long day of waiting.

I switched work schedules with Michele this week to make room for my Ogden trip over the weekend, so I'm at the office today.  Hard to tell if that's better or worse than having a day off, as far as nerves and impatience are concerned.  We're not very busy at the moment (obviously, I'm blogging), so time isn't really passing.

I scheduled a massage for this evening.  I waffled for a while about whether I'd want to glue myself to the computer and watch returns or if I would prefer to be elsewhere to pass the time until we're closer to some finalities.  I ultimately decided passing the time was a good goal, and I have a stitch in my shoulder that I've been wanting to get worked on for a while, so I hope I'm able to relax enough to get the benefit of the massage tonight.  Then when I get home, Kelly and I have plans to drink all the alcohol.

Come on, clock.  Move.
