Oct. 25th, 2004 04:02 pmThe other thing I was going to say I didn't understand was women who get excited about their menstruation. Why? I just don't get it.
The ethics bowl is tonight. I'm surprisingly nervous - apparently, I care a great deal about it...more than I thought I did. That's good, though. The team I'm up against first contains two individuals that have been my political rivals thus far in contemporary philosophy class. I have to say, though, that I've never lost an argument to them. :)
I helped carve a pumpkin today. I think I will ask Jer to carve one with me tonight. If he says no, I'll ask him to take me out for Indian food instead:) You know...I think I want Indian food more - I haven't had any since my wedding! Our wedding. Oops.
Speaking of weddings, I really want to go to more of them. I *love* weddings. And I really want to be in one. I've only ever been a flower girl. None of my closest friends are hitched yet, so the opportunity to serve as bridesmaid hasn't come up yet. But I'm looking forward to it. Dawn and Chris asked Jeremy to officiate part of their wedding, which will be next year - rah! That's exciting:)
The trees on campus at BC are really gorgeous. The mountain has been kind of a disappointment as far as leaves go this fall, but Bridgewater is rocking it out. Fall is my favorite time of the year. I can't wait for Thanksgiving! And election day! Although I'm so nervous about the elections...rrgh. I would really love for it to be a total runaway (in favor of Kerry, naturally). We'll see.
Peace.
