Drama drama drama! That was what we had at work today. Luckily, all the customers were cheery. However, Burke and Christine were still going at each other. I talked to Michael, told him my side of the story as the person who was pissed off that Burke wasn't helping me at all last night and the person who was pissed off that Burke was on the clock for the whole half hour that he was screaming at Christine when he was supposed to clock out when I did. In most cases, I would've taken her side, but last night she was actually working hard, and Burke was out of line. Michael took them both back and gave them a stern talking to. Basically they're not allowed to talk to each other anymore or they get fired. When they came out front again, you could feel the tension...it literally gave me chills. But it was really amusing, too. I'd love to see one of them get fired, *cough* Burke. He may be the only other democrat there...but I don't like him. I mean Christine bugs me from time to time...but I don't mind her very much. Burke bugs me. Christine may be shallow, but Burke is just an asshole.

Jer said his interview went really well. I can't wait to talk to him about it when he gets home from waiting tables tonight, but I'm thinking he'll be really tired. Sigh. Anyway, time for me to scoot off to play some bridge or something.
