I had some weird dreams last night...but I care not to discuss them.

I got all different colors of duct tape yesterday for my latest creative enterprise. I am hoping it all goes according to plan. That plan would be, make a lot of them and sell them all. So if you know anyone who needs a duct tape wallet for Christmas this year, I'm at your service, for a small fee, of course.

Last night I made Jer come to bed early with me and play greedy. It's a dice game I used to play with Marma. I think we are going to have to make this a ritual. Turn off the TV and computer before we pass out in front of them and get together to hang out, play, and talk. Much fun. We also hooked up my old school nintendo last night. I really wanted to bring home the SNES, but I couldn't find the damn thing. My mom had better not have passed that thing off at a yard sale. Honestly, I prefer the old school games to the new 3D ones. The new ones are too fancy. I like how ten years ago, the crappy animation and music of the old Nintendo was "AWESOME!" So three cheers for old stuff.

Talking to Jer was very relieving last night, because I realized how close I am to done with school. I have two more papers, one of which I plan to do tonight (we'll see), and only my exams between sucky and awesome. Then I have interterm, which figures to be a very challenging class, but it's only three weeks long and I have some great pals in there with me. List of things I'm not looking forward to doing but am glad they will be over soon:
writing Kierkegaard paper
writing DDT paper
coming up with $ to pay my property taxes and insurance payments
Oh, speaking of that. If you are a good friend of mine, I know you will understand. I have $0. No money. So Christmas presents really aren't in the cards this year. Therefore, I'd appreciate it if you didn't get me anything either. I'd feel bad, y'know? I will let you buy a safety pin bracelet or a duct tape wallet from me, though:) And we're gonna party.

Things I am really really looking forward to:
Jeremy finishing his income tax returns from the last two years so a) we have that money and b) I can get a loan.
Jeremy hearing from the church about the job - apparently background checks take forever.
Me finishing school and embarking on the great job hunt 2005. So far the plan for this is to stay full time at the Nut, while substitute teaching during the day. Without school to worry about, working two jobs will be a cinch.
Napoleon Dynamite on DVD Dec 21. We will have to get together and watch this kickass flick.

So, who's in for the next great party? I'm thinking sometime over break, everyone come to my house on a weekday, we'll all go snow tubing (weekdays are much less crowded...esp. weekday mornings), then come back to my place and kick back with some hot cocoa and a movie or nintendo. Please submit your date proposals to me asap. Mondays and Wednesdays are best for me, but I can probably switch them around if need be.

Before December 26, which is when we leave for Florida. oh, and after the 17th, which is when I get home from school. ;-) I'll be around sometime in January, too (the 2nd? not sure), but I'll have to figure it out.

I'll try and bring the Patrick if he's around, too. :-)

I'll let you be first in line to get Napoleon Dynamite on DVD, but I'm gonna be second! "I caught you a delicous bass" oh, how i love that movie...
