What can I say?
My Philosophy of Science exam went quite well this morning. I finished in just under 50 minutes, and I'm confident I did well. But I did not finish (read: start) the paper that is due today. Instead, I went to the library, checked out books to beef up my bibliography (I'll use them, too, a little), came home, and zonked out. I promised myself a one hour nap. When the alarm started going off, I said "Fuck this" and turned it off without ever actually waking up. Now I am up, due in at work in one hour (that's a four hour nap right there), and have no paper to show for all that sleep. I emailed Steve and I am praying I am still in his good graces. I asked for a Til Tuesday extenstion, which would give me one day after I take my last final. And I really need it, too. But I'll do them, or Jeremy won't let me into bed. Right Jer? You have to enforce this!
Tomorrow I get to show everything I know about existentialism, and then Monday is my Reformation Theology exam. Am I going to study for either of these? Survey says: no. Am I going to get A's on both of them? Cocky bitch says: probably. But if Steve doesn't accept my papers, what will my grade in those classes be? I think a B, actually. Maybe I should just write really shitty ones that will give me just enough credit to keep me on the dean's list. Eh. I can't just do a mediocre job...it's all or nothing. These days, I prefer nothing.
