And, now, the plan. I've spoken with some of the Charlottesville crew about hanging out this week, but not everyone. We need to organize, y'all. Anyway, here's my deal, and what I've discussed with some folks. This coming week, I have Monday and Friday completely off from work. Monday is the cheapest day to ski at Massanutten ($12 all day I think?), so I was hoping to get together and do some slope sliding. I'm a terrible skier, and some of my friends (Emily G, Jeremy) are decent. I plan on hugging the bunny slopes all day. I was thinking we could do some skiing (probably just a few hours) and then do some tubing after that. You likey? If you don't particularly want to try skiing (but you totally should!), you could join up with us that afternoon and watch movies or play games or something that doesn't cost any money. Emily G has indicated she is probably available for this and Helen has indicated that she probably isn't. Emily V? Ben? Camm? Danny? All of you.
Friday is a more likely everyone-together-hang-out-day, so we can plan something for then, too. I'll come to Charlottesville if you want, but I live at a RESORT and you people should really check out some of the shit up in my neck of the woods.
As for all the other days, I work night shifts (usually 3-11), so I am available in the mornings. It's no trouble for me to scoot over to C'ville to do some downtown malling, or you could come here and check out the plethora of thrift stores in Harrisonburg (there are zillions!). Oooh, and the farmer's markets! Of course, non-Charlottesville/Harrisonburg people are included - anyone's welcome:) Well, there are a few unwelcome...nevermind. Call me. If you need my number, IM me. This is going to be rad.
