I am taking a sick day at work. I woke up with the worst headache I've ever had. I still have it, but two naps have helped. I felt like puking earlier, but fended it off for the sake of my toilets. They are a little bit reluctant to work in general, and I don't want to risk pissing them off (no pun intended) by filling them with stomach acid. So I drank a lot of water and went to sleep instead. VH1 daytime programming is weird.

Jer is working a double today, but at the height of my discomfort, I called him and begged him to come home, but now I hope he won't. With me not working tonight, we're already losing a bunch of money, so he really needs to work. It sucks that it's costing me money to stay at home feeling like shit. I can't look at the computer screen as I type this, because my eyes hurt so bad it just makes it worse.

That said, I'm going back to the couch.
