The funniest thing I have ever seen
Mar. 28th, 2005 09:28 pmI probably wrote about this back then, but just in case I didn't, I wanted to post about it now. I was reminded about this today when I saw a sign on the road, and I wanted to share with everyone the funniest thing that I have ever seen.
About a year ago, when I was driving to Gatlinburg with Paul, the coolest boy in the world, we saw a rest stop, and at the rest stop, there was a highway sign that said "No Dumping." And we laughed for hours. Then just now I thought of that very immature but very fun "in my pants game," and now it has two truly terrific meanings. (FYI, for those of you that don't know, a fun game to play on the highway is to add the phrase "in my pants" to road signs - ie, Burger King, Home of the Whopper...in my pants"
So in addition to that happy little reminder, I also received my copy of The Verdant Mile in the mail today. It's Tracy Grammer's 2004 EP. I don't know why I never bought it, but I have it now. 7 tracks of fiddle goodness, along with vocal funtastics. I love Tracy Grammer so much. I recommend her to everyone - but most of her CD's will be listed under Dave Carter. www.daveandtracy.com
Jeremy is closing tonight. I won't see him until I wake up, most likely. Tomorrow I will be going in two hours early to work, which means that with today's 7.25 hours, I'll get more hours than a normal week, even though I have Thursday off (for EFO! rah!).
Now it is time to rot my brain. Cable TV, here I come.
Peace.
