good times
Apr. 2nd, 2005 08:54 pmMy Mary Kay class just ended. It was really fun and educational. It was a small group, but I made some good sales and tentatively set up three classes. For those of you that said you'd do classes, I'll be following up. Erin, Elizabeth, and Sue...not that Sue would read here...anyway, hopefully I'll do some classes next week or the week after and then make some more contacts. I'm excited about it. I really do love what Mary Kay has to offer - who knew?
I'm starting to feel a little sick. My throat has been bugging me and both Jer and I have tummy ailments. I guess these cold, rainy days are good days to become ill, cause we're not missing much anyway. Jer missed work today, which was fine with me, because I needed him here to finalize the cleaning. The house looks fantastic. I'm so happy with it. Will it stay this way? Odds are 2:1 against, but we'll see.
Elizabeth is staying here again tonight. She's pretty much moved in here. I'm going to miss her if/when she moves. These days it sounds like she will. But, again, who knows...? :)
Tomorrow Jer and I are having dinner with his family in Staunton. I don't see enough of them and I love them quite a bit, so I'm looking forward to it. I'll also take my Mary Kay stuff with me so I can give them some samples. Did I mention I love being a Mary Kay lady? I'm so into it.
I'm also glad that Camm is back on LJ. I just wanted to publicly announce that.
Now it's time for bed. I love long days, but I hate waking up after daylight savings time kicks in. Bastard clocks.
Peace.
