jianantonicMy voice is not with me today. I figured this would happen. I woke up early because I was having a coughing fit. You know when you just need one good cough to clear your throat, and you can't get it to come out? I hate that. But I took some medicine this morning and aside from a very Kathleen Turner voice, I feel fine. Oh and my left bicep is sore, but I can't say why. I guess maybe from taking out all the recycling at work last night. That walk is a lot longer when you've got something heavy.
I told Jessica about the new jobs I was applying for, and she warned me to keep it on the DL. If Jan (boss) finds out I'm looking for other jobs, she'll fire me. I was like, wtf? But apparently that's what they do. See why I want to leave?
They did give me the day off on April 16th, so I can go to DC with Emily and see her OM state tournament. I am so happy to be getting back into OM, if only as a spectator:) It would be so cool if they went to worlds:) I really really really want to do adult DI now. We were like the dream team of DI. Man...
All morning I've been picturing scenarios out of the book I've been reading, so I think I'll go retrieve it from my car and read it for the next few hours. But I can't finish it yet because my mom hasn't given me the next one in the series and I don't want to be without something to read. Maybe I'll run to Charlottesville tomorrow and pick it up.
