There is a very interesting label on my pudding cup. It says "Refrigerate when at home." Okay. What if I'm on vacation with my pudding cup? Is it to be left out of the fridge? Is this an easy lawsuit in the making? Well, no. Lawsuits are never easy because they involve lawyers by nature. And also I don't want to be one of *those* people. But if you are one of *those* people, and you feel like taking up a cause, go get yourself a pack of Swiss Miss pudding and try not refrigerating it while you're not at home. Let me know how it goes.

PS I know what you're thinking but I swear I don't do drugs.

I'm so glad you brought this up. I, too noticed this on my pudding cups the other day. I don't get it.

I guess they don't ever have to be refrigerated, since they're not always in the cold section of the store. Maybe it's the company just making a recommendation - you might enjoy this cold. But, still, duh.
