I went to bed at midnight last night and fell asleep around midnight thirty. At midnight forty-five, Jeremy called. He's having a great time in Gatlinburg and I SO wish I was there. I talked to Ahren for a few minutes, too. I found out why Ian hasn't called me lately. He's got a new girlfriend, so he's quit smoking and quit playing bridge. Now, I'm happy for him about the smoking, but bridge? Ugh. I hope the Canadian definition of hiatus doesn't hold true for him. (Moxy Fruvous and Ian are both Canadian.) The other Ames brothers aren't there, nor is Kmart. The only caddies down there that I know are Jay, Darlene, Ahren, and Alan. Ahren said the locals are being assholes - just like last year! Last year, the locals all went to the store across the street and bought throwing stars, then threw them at the hotel walls. Yeah.

I got another call from Jer at 8:30 this morning. He said he'd stayed up all night playing bridge with Greg, Ahren, and Alan. I'll bet that was interesting. I REALLY wish I was there!!!! Next year. I <3 bridge tournaments.

Today, we're hoping Lisa Branson calls me. While we're hoping, we can go ahead and hope I get the job, too...I still think I'm favoring this one, but I'll be happy with the museum job as well.

Sportscenter and breakfast time. All my teams won last night. Peace.

I hate being alone! But Brent is keeping me company. (I don't know if you knew this but we rent the spare rooms in our house...Brent is one of our tenant/roommates, but I usually never see him.)

I do remember that you have tenants, yes. That's good that you're not totally alone!

I always miss Patrick when he travels for work, but there are nice things about it, like eating/doing/watching what i want to :)

I have things to do, so it's not so bad...it's just that most of the time when we're not together, I can call Jer and he'll answer, but now he's working such long hours I can only talk to him really early or really late. :(

That is trying. I hate when Pat goes to Hawaii and we have a five or six hour time difference. I end up getting no sleep! :)
