Apr. 28th, 2005 09:41 amThe best part of my birthday yesterday was that I heard from Lisa and I have an interview for Friday. :)
Jeremy went outside in the morning and played with our frisbee collection. We absolutely wore ourselves out. When I came in, I had messages from both of my brothers, wishing me happy birthday. I called William back and he told me that Lucy ate her first dog food on Monday. Hehe;) I <3 my niece! Adrian was at work so I didn't talk to him. I walked to work and had a pretty good day there. Judy asked me if I worked tomorrow (today), and I said, "Same bat time, same bat place." She cracked up. I mean, she started crying and got the hiccups. I was pleased with myself. When I got home, I had several more messages from Adrian, progressively more intoxicated, including a serenade from Trevor, Steve, and Adrian. So I called him back, and I could barely understand him, he was so sloshed. It was cute. 34 years old, though. Seriously.
Jeremy is going to Charlottesville today to play bridge with my mother. I wish both of them the best of luck...
Since I won't be seeing him today, I have big plans to roll all of our coins from our coin jar, and possibly take them to the bank and put them in my savings account. If I do that, though, I'm less likely to withdraw it later. That could be a good thing, but it was supposed to be my FRFF spending money. That's ok...hopefully I'll find out tomorrow that I have a great new job and don't need to collect pennies to pay for the things I want;)
Peace.
