Go away, you stupid cough! Well, the coughing is voluntary, actually. I just have some filmy gunk in my throat and it won't fucking go away. Grr. I'll live.

Work was pretty much good yesterday, except for one thing that really bothers me. One of my new managers was there, making a bunch of calls to coworkers about going out for Cinco de Mayo. When lots of people said they couldn't, he arranged to go out next week. He's going to call the night shift people in early so he and one of his buddies that works the same day can go out drinking. The night shift people will get overtime, which he's supposed to try to cut back. I mean, on Saturday, he sent me home early because I was getting OT, even though I wanted to stay. So I'm rather perturbed about that. But I didn't say anything. But...grr.

I raised $8.17 more at work for Shelly's walk. That's a total of $24.03 from work people. Pretty good, considering I don't think many of them actually have souls.

Well, it's time to pop in an episode of Family Guy and try drinking a bunch of water. Stupid filmy crap.
