If I mailed my tax return in on April 9th (we did not efile), when can I expect my refund? I need it.

I called them, because the website said there was a delay. Stupid Turbo Tax left out one of the forms we were supposed to send, so it will be a month from the time they get those forms...sometime next week. Blah.
