jianantonicI am such a rock star. Not that I sing or play any instruments particularly well. Just that I feel good.
Elizabeth and I did stick to the original game plan and went to water aerobics this morning. The class is an hour long and it was a BLAST. Gina was there, too. We are both feeling oh so good. In the last 24 hours, we've had three really great workouts. Tomorrow I'll probably be hiking again, and then it's back in the pool on Thursday morning. I'm a little sore right now, but I can't complain. It's the good kind of sore. Maybe, if I'm feeling REALLY adventurous, I'll do a yogilates workout tonight. But honestly, probably not;)
Anyway, off to lie down and relax. I fucking deserve it.
