Just time for a quickie.
Last night was our company party at Captain Tee's, an arcade/adventure type fun zoney thing. Anyway I tried several new things for the first time. I did a wall climb, at least I tried to, but I didn't make it to the top because my hands and feet were greasy from playing paintball, another first. I only got nailed once, in the elbow. It hurt like a bitch, but I got my boss Cheri at least ten times.

In other news, my favorite house went off the market yesterday:( But there are some new houses on the market, and the barn house is still available. I do really think we're going to end up buying that one. We'll see. Anyway, I have an appointment to look at more houses in an hour, so I need to get moving.

Oh what a day.
The house I wanted is sold. The second place house is under contract. I was a sad puppy...until...
THE HOUSE. It's gorgeous. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a jacuzzi IN the master bedroom. It's already had an inspection; it's perfect. It's on the market way below value because the sellers had to get out in 2 weeks. So it could be mine for 160,000. Mind you, way more than I was planning on. Also, I'd pretty much have to make an offer TOMORROW. So that's a bummer, and we'll see...but I am working on it.

Will and his brother came up to give me a job offer of sorts today. Turns out, it's for the Amway program, and I have many reservations, knowing what Randy went through with them...so I doubt I'll get involved...but it was all very enticing at the time. More on that later.

I have to go back to school tomorrow, and I'm still not even sure when or where my class meets. I guess I'll just get to school at 8 to be sure I'm not late, and I'll probably end up waiting around a good while. Sigh. These things happen when you're terribly disorganized like I am. Anyhow I'm off to be a bum in the living room...though Zsa-Zsa, Jarin and I are really ripping through those puzzles.
