I'm going to use it to put in 9 hours at work instead. Take home, that's $65 I wouldn't have made.
For anyone I haven't already email bombarded, I have a proposal. Basically, I'm doing the whole penny pinching thing until I can get another job after graduation. I have found several ways to make some extra $$ on the internet. I have signed up to be a secret shopper and also to get paid to take surveys. If anyone wants to be referred for either of these programs, leave your email address as a comment. I definitely recommend the survey one, and here's why:
They send you surveys via email. You fill them out. They send you $3. All of your answers and your contact information are strictly confidential. Since I referred you, I get $2 for every survey you complete. If you refer someone, you'll get $2 for every survey they complete, and I'll get $1. If any of your friends refer people, you get $1 for surveys they take. Basically, if I refer 6 people who refer 6 people each, and they all take a conservative 6 surveys a year, that's $306 in my pocket for doing next to nothing. I like that.
With the secret shopper thing, I get $5 if you sign up and do a Papa John's audit within 90 days. Basically they send you coupons for free pizza, you take a picture of the pizza and email it to the secret shopper company. You get free pizza, I get $5, we're all happy. And you can refer people to that, too. So check it out and leave a comment if you're interested.
