There is some truly pee-your-pants hilarious shit on Cracked today. I don't know how I would've survived grownup life (you know, being at work for many hours) without the internet. Maybe I'd just be way more productive at my job? Nah, I'd just be a better reader, probably.

McKenzie took the car to a tournament in Washington this morning, so that required some creative planning for my weekend. We drove to my office with the bike on the rack and a bag packed for my trip this weekend. I'll leave the bag here tonight and bike home, then bike to work and leave my bike here over the weekend. I'll take a shuttle to the airport from here. All this biking back and forth means I had to pack very lightly, and for the first time ever I'm traveling without my laptop. I hope I can survive!

I'm excited to ride my bike again. I got it tuned up last night so it's good to go for the season, hopefully. The weather is better than perfect in Portland right now, and has been for a while. I think it's making up for last year when summer didn't show up until July. Anyway it's a lovely day for a bike ride, and I'm just kinda hanging out at my desk until it's time to leave. Work has been very slow this week, and I don't have much to do. I'm okay with that, though, because Cracked.
