I called Sunchase today, and it turns out, my lease didn't even end until today, so Clark was TRESPASSING when he moved all my shit and broke it. I could sue him...but I won't unless he bugs me, because I don't want to deal with the shit. But I did email him and tell me why I was pissed and also to leave me alone. It felt good to know that I do have the legal upper hand. Fucker. I'm proud of myself...I was pretty assertive. Rah.
