Jul. 14th, 2005 07:45 amI did not sleep much last night. I'm too excited about my job interview. I really hope they'll tell me at the interview whatever their decision is...I don't want to wait another week or more to find out. Tina, the HR director, said it starts immediately, so I'm assuming that means they'll want to hire or not hire me ASAP. Could it be that I've already worked my last day at the front desk? I should be so lucky...but I would consider selling my soul not to have to work there this weekend. I just hope everything's cool with the Falcon Ridge bit. I got the time off approved by Jan, but it's technically not allowed because I am supposed to get 30 hours per week...ah well.
My stomach has been a little upset the past couple of days...it's probably just nerves about the interview, but nevertheless painful and annoying. I spent a good portion of the workday yesterday outside on my cell phone, because Jessica wasn't there and I didn't feel like socializing with my coworkers. We were slow and I asked Matt if I could take a little walk, and he said just to keep my eye on the parking lot, which I did. It is cool that I can do that at this job, but on the other hand, it sucks that I would need to do that just to make it through the day. And damn you, Vancho, for not answering! Hehe. Not really, but instead of talking to you, I ended up talking to my mom. Woohoo.
I need to pass the time. Why is it the clock never moves when you're looking forward to something? Sigh. Bridge it is. Wish me job:)
Peace.
