jianantonicI took an oatmeal bath and am doing a little better, thanks for asking.
Actually, I'm still in itchy hell, but I'm trying to be positive about it. I did make it through a whole day of work, even though I was more splotch than skin at the end of the day. I get to work an extra day next week to make up for yesterday, which means I not only make up for lost time, I get OT for it. Huzzah:)
Did I mention I love my new job? I do NOT want to go back to the front desk on Saturday. 7-5? Blech. Six more shifts and I'm home free, though.
I love Jeremy. I don't say this publicly all that often, because I think it's annoying when people are all "I love my significant other" all over the place, but I do. We were watching the Golden Girls together tonight (yeah, yeah) and this scene came on where Rose was daydreaming about her dead husband and I just started crying because I'm so lucky to have someone like Jer. He's the best husband I've ever had:) And he reads Harry Potter to me while I soak in oatmeal and still thinks I'm sexy even though I look like I'm covered in vomit and diaper rash.
Speaking of diaper rash and silly television shows, we were also watching Family Feud today, and in the final round, where they ask the same questions to two people, one of the questions was, "Name something a child gets teased for wearing," and one of the guys said "Plastic pants!" and his sister said "Diapers!" Does incontinency run in their family? Hehe, run. No pun originally intended. ;)
Okay, time to go to bed, since I don't want to be awake and itchy.
