jianantonicI'm exhausted.
We had a fun afternoon with the boys, ate dinner at CiCi's, and then went "deer hunting." Mom and Dad had taken them up on Skyline Drive before they came to my house to look for deer, but both of the boys feel asleep on the drive and never saw any. They were both very disappointed and Blake kept asking, "Can we go to the place where all the deer are hiding so we can see them?" I assured Mom and Dad that if we drove around the mountain once, we'd see some deer. Boy, did we hit pay dirt. We saw 16 deer, 8 ground pigs as the boys like to call them, and several tan rocks impersonating deer along the golf course.
I wish my husband was here. I'm still steamed about this morning's little discovery. I just can't believe it...
