jianantonicI got a lot done this afternoon...sort of.
I went to the bank and deposited a bunch of checks (yay), then went to the store and bought a lot of stuff that I need and none that I don't. One of the things I bought was the latest Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing program, because some of the efiling I have to do is kicking my ass. Basically, for every paper we scan, we have to label it with its account number and file number. I'm good at typing words, and I'm great with the number pad, but the account numbers usually are a combination of letters, hyphens, and numbers, which means I needed to learn to properly and speedily type using the numbers above the letters on the keyboard. I did about an hour of practicing, improved a bit, and then kinda crashed. All of a sudden I'm so tired I don't know why I'm even awake anymore. Not a big deal; I have no real reason to be awake...although Jer gets off at 9 and it would be nice to see him tonight. I guess I'll stay up. Maybe there's a good baseball game on...
