I'm really tired. So far, I've worked 8 days straight, at least 8 hour shifts each day. It's not that I'm not getting enough sleep, it's that I'm not getting enough me time. My new job isn't nearly as draining as my old one, but knowing that I have to go back and work one more weekend at the front desk really gets me down. But at least it's only one more week. Tammi says I can take off a couple of days if I need to (since Jan won't give me off, even though I have a voucher, grr), but it's time off from the front desk that I need. Since I'm not getting that, I might as well work straight through and get paid for 60 hours. Sheeit. :)

Anyway...

Fall Concert Season 2005 begins next week with Robbie Schaefer solo at the Gravity Lounge. I hear Donna will be there. Sweet. It would be nice if I could take that Friday off, since it's a Thursday night show, and I'm coming back to C'ville Friday night for a bridge tournament. Maybe I'll see if Tammi will honor that stupid voucher, since Jan wouldn't. Hmm. Or I could use my personal day...it's just that I don't have that much paid time off, and now that I'm FT40 instead of FT30, I have to earn 40 hours a week, or I lose my benefits. Sigh. We'll see. Money sucks so much. Would I be saying this if I had enough money? When will I have so much money that I'll consider it enough? I should be thankful for what I do have...it's more than most 22-year-olds. Yeah, I can be happy with that.

Since Jer didn't wake up with me, I'm on my own for breakfast. I knew I should've bought pop tarts. I think I'll go to the store and grab something quick...
