Something less bitchy

I still feel like shit. That hasn't changed. However, I'm in a better mood, I guess. I'm going to do lots of laundry tonight. Fun times. Autumn Peak is this weekend. I'm looking forward to that. I hope the weather clears up by then - it's kind of gloomy here now. I've got tentative plans to go hiking with Adam on Saturday, since UVA is in Boston this weekend. I'd like to set something up for Sunday, too - like a hike on the parkway or something - anyone available? I don't like to stay in the house on weekends because Jer's trying to sleep all day, and I feel like I'm always waking him up.

It looks like the Starr Hill EFO show is cancelled, so I've only got one more concert on my schedule between now and the end of the year - Richard Shindell at the Gravity Lounge on Tuesday, Nov 15. I'm also planning to visit Emily at William and Mary sometime, but she's a busy girl, so that may not work out. Oh, there's the bridge tournament in Virginia Beach from the 7th through the 13th of November. That's exciting - I keep forgetting about that. But basically, no major plans between here and Falcon Ridge next year...things I'd like to schedule include a camping trip BEFORE NOVEMBER (or after March, or both), a trip to Brooklyn to see my brother and my niece, and maybe catch a concert up there with WT, and several day camping trips. And lots of yoga. The Brooklyn thing will probably be a solo trip, but anyone who wants to join me for any of the others, speak up.

I'll be in VA Beach on the 9th and 10th for Mike's graduation. We haven't decided if we're coming to Autumn Peak yet. If it weren't for him being in the Academy, Mike would be there working it.

I'm kinda nervous about Autumn Peak because my previous employers always set up a table there. I'm just hoping it's two of their staff and not the owners themselves, who I hope develop chronic diarrhea.

*may have to suss out vaca day situation for this depending on if i get new TL job and schedule is altered*
