Oct. 25th, 2005 08:26 amI've been pretty tired all week (basically since Thursday), so I decided to preemptively strike today's fatigue by going to bed before 10pm last night. Lately I've been lazy but not sleepy, so I've been staying up until after midnight, only sort of thinking about how I have to be at work at 9 the next day. It's hard to pull myself to the gym when I come home from work feeling so lethargic, so I really need to stop staying up so late. Last night, Jer and I hit the sack around 9:50, lights were out by 10:15, and I might have actually fallen asleep before midnight. I know I got at least 8 hours of sleep last night, but I was so bored just lying there for the few hours before I finally drifted off. The good news is that I don't feel like a total zombie this morning....
I'm going out with Gina for dinner and nails tonight, but hopefully I can get home in time for the gym, and still feel like going to the gym. We're usually home by 9, and Woodstone is open until 10, so I'm going to give it a shot. Wish me luck.
