Jan. 8th, 2006 07:47 amIt's so nice to wake up fully refreshed for once! I don't even know when the last time I did that was...until this morning:) I spent most of yesterday just relaxing after we got home. I read a lot more in Memoirs of a Geisha, too. It's hard to read during the week, so I hadn't gotten very far since I started it, but now I'm a little over halfway through. I'm still hoping I can finish it in time to catch it in a theater somewhere, so maybe I'll do a lot of reading today. Oh, I should ask Meredith if she wants to see one of the 86 movies on our list today after church...good idea, Meg. Anyway, I'm really liking this book, and I heartily recommend it to any of you.
I emailed my realtor friend today to see if she'd show us some houses. Jer's parents are thinking about buying something up here, and also, my favorite house on the whole mountain is for sale:

and I want to see it. It's unlikely we'd make an offer on this house, but I would very much like to see inside, anyhow.
My agenda today includes church at 10:30, bringing Jer home to sleep after that, maybe a matinee next, then the gym? The order is tentative but hopefully everything will fit in nicely. I also need to make something and probably read more. I wonder if I can read at the gym. Probably not...
Peace.
