Yay, I got a where's george hit today:) It's my first hit in a long time, since I've only just become active again on the site. Oh, the excitement!

I'm leaving work a wee bit early today to scurry home to see my niece, so at this point I'm just kinda counting the minutes until it's acceptable for me to leave. I can't wait to see her! I finished all my work early and everything. I <3 Lucy:)

The consensus at work is that they like my haircut, but the boys really can't tell the difference. That irritated me at first, but then Brent brought up an excellent point. If they can't tell, it means it's not as different-looking as I was thinking, and the length difference must not be as drastic as I was feeling like it was. So I can get over that anxiety and just enjoy that it looks healthy and shiny and fun now.

I just heard someone out in the hall on a cell phone and it reminded me of a call I have to make. I'm going to see if I'm elligible for a medical study they're doing at UVA. So, I'm gonna go check on that now.

Peace.

Why do I have a feeling it's the same one that I would do if I didn't live an hour from Charlottesville? I thought it sounded interesting.

This one was supposedly through my health insurance carrier, but maybe it's not the same one and I'm rambling about nothing.

PS - I love your new bouncy hair. Don't panic about the length. You may find that it's going to grow by leaps and bounds now. Someone once told me that prenatal vitamins can help, however that might set your parents into some grandchild fantasy if they see it laying around.

I hear it's Vitamin E that does the trick - but I didn't take it for a while because it also makes your fingernails grow and I wanted that to be as slow as possible, since I had acryllics. But I don't now, so I should take Vitamin E I guess....

It's a PMS study. I didn't think my symptoms were that bad, but when the people around me insist that they are, I guess I can't argue with that.

oh, interesting.

I don't think I've ever spent an entire month around you since high school (and I didn't pay attention to cycles then anyway), so I couldn't say about the PMS. Have I ever noticed it before?

What? You're donating sperm?

:-D

In all seriousness, is it the alcohol drinking one? I saw that and was like "Damn! $600 for two weeks???"

And that, my friends, is the danger of commenting before you read the other comments. ;-)
