Macbeth was really good! I need to remember to bring a seat cushion next time, though, because the peasant seating there hurts my rear. Anyway I liked it a lot, but it was late when I got home and then I overslept this morning. I still made it to work on time, but it was a stretch.

Two things I forgot to mention about my week away:
I managed to swallow a metal tongue ring. It's not the first time, but I did *just* buy it, and it was rather expensive as tongue studs go. No, not so expensive that I'm going to try and recover it when it passes. It would have to be much more valuable for me to go to such lengths.

A tornado (possibly? this is the general thinking) came through my neighborhood while I was away. My car was fine, but a lot of trees are down and several cars, houses, and sheds were damaged in the area, while the rest of Charlottesville was pretty much unscathed. Yowsa.

And I should clarify: my torso shows no remaining signs of a tan. My lobster knees, however - those will probably last for the rest of summer. Murphy's Law or some shit.
