I bought her this dress. It was a hit. Isn't she darlin'?

When I was 2½, my mom had family portraits done with me and my brothers. Aside from the fact that my brothers have aged 21 years since those portraits, it looked exactly like this photo. Lucy=Meg-21 years. I can't explain why, but I'm immensely proud that she looks so much like me. And by so much, I mean exactly.

That's Lucy with Virginia Page, my grandmother's best friend. They were neighbors in Nelson County when my dad was a kid. That's the thing about Virginians. We keep in touch:)

Look who loves her daddy! I could melt from the cuteness.

Like I said, the kid takes after her aunt (me). Jamming and wedgie-picking at the same time. What a brilliant multi-tasker.

Okay, so she's not exactly like me. You'll never find me washing dishes.

Totally digging the bouncy-bounce thing on the 4th of July. The random kid next to her looks less entertained...
