Aug. 14th, 2006 09:38 amThe house is going on the market tomorrow. Oh, jubilation! Also, the terror...
I'm terrified the house won't sell in time. The market is flooded right now, no one's buying, and I only have three months. Please, someone, buy my house. It's a great house, really.
The weekend was good, but tiring. I've driven to and from Massanutten every day for the past week now, except last night. The guys decided they preferred to stay there, which was fine, because they were doing the driving, and I don't sleep well at my parents' house anyway. The bridge tournament went well, but I never sleep during tournaments, and last night, when I had plenty of time to catch up on sleep, insomnia hit. I just can't sleep at my folks' house. I can't get comfortable. I'm always worrying about something. Everyone says I worry too much, but right now, I don't know how I can not worry. Sigh.
I'm trying to decide if I want to go to Hunt Valley next weekend. I mean, I do want to go, and I can go, but I don't know if it's a good idea. I'm hoping time will bring clarity.
Most things are out of my hands at this point. Worrying won't change that...please tell me some nice things?

Date: 2006-08-14 03:05 pm (UTC)I have to discuss with the realtor what our asking price will be. Somewhere in the low 200K's, I think...like 240 or lower...?

It really is an awesome house. It's too bad it's in a town I don't want to live in. But it's a nice place to live, really! ;)

Date: 2006-08-14 05:59 pm (UTC)You're pretty.
It's a beautiful day outside - I just went to the library and purposely parked farther away so I could walk in the sunshine.
Kittens
Puppies
There is a salamander living somewhere in the vicinity of my front porch.
And...are you crazy? Of course you'll sell the house.
