Oh man. I just got back from the gym. I had an appointment with my trainer tonight, which I paid for, otherwise I couldn't have been dragged there. But I'm glad I went, because it helps...but I really wanted to be in my bed instead. Jen kicked my ass, just like I told her to, starting with abs and doing some upper body as well. And good gracious are my abs sore now! One particular exercise really has me aching now...she got out this styrofoam tube thing, a cyllinder that's about three feet long and six inches in diameter. She had me put my spine on it, lift my legs up, and do front kicks while balancing on my back on this tube. Front kicks are hard enough, but add balancing on a tube that is shorter than your torso - fucking difficult. That works every muscle in the lower abdominal region - I shit you not, my crotch is feeling the burn now. Or maybe that's just the gonnorrhea...
