OH MY GOD MY NERVES ARE CRAZY.

My realtor called. Three showings today and one tomorrow, and some serious interest from a potential buyer.

Her words: "Keep your cell phone on this weekend because I'm hoping this is it."

Uh, yeah, me too.

So please, please, if you're the praying type, keep me in yours, because I am pretty desperate to sell this property. And if you're the non-praying type, other forms of good vibes and well-wishing are accepted.
