I got a message from Favorite Ben on my lunch break asking about the apples at my farm. It just so happens, this weekend is a pick-your-own-apples at the orchard weekend, so I've now got plans for Sunday:) Too bad the pick your own day didn't line up with the camping trip, but there's no harm in going twice in a row:) I <3 Massies Mill.

Also, weird thing I overheard today...
I was waiting for my crepe at The Flat, and this chick ordered a ham and vegan cheese crepe. I realize it could be a dairy thing, but still. I wanted to mention it.

Haha, awesome icon. Yeah, I just gave her this look that was like, "Do you realize what a twat you are?" but then it occurred to me that she could be allergic to dairy and I felt bad for making it so obvious that I thought she was a twat. But then she stood *right* in my personal bubble while we waited, talking to her friend about being moms and all the stuff their babies do and really annoying mommytalk and I renewed my twatish sentiments.

What the fuck? Patrick (my boyfriend) can't eat real cheese. Well, not cheddar and things of that nature. He can eat milder cheeses, but only in small quantities. (He's not actually lactose-intolerant, it's a cheese specific thing. He thinks it's because of the variety of mold used. I really have no idea.)

I am offended on behalf of lactose-intolerant folks! :-P
