Nov. 9th, 2006 12:41 pmI need to come up for air before I dive back into my work for the rest of the day. Until recently, there haven't been many times where I've felt really bogged down at this job, but of course this morning was one such time where I just felt like I will never finish all of this. I actually did finish the most daunting of it all and now I am left with some time consuming but fairly easy work ahead of me. However, right in the thick of the headache that was this morning, el jefe emailed me to tell me he's decided I'm ready to take on some more tasks and he wants to know what I want to do. He then listed a group of responsibilities all of which would pretty much double my workload. At first I was freaked out about it, but I've calmed down now and think this may be a good thing, actually. We'll see.
I have leftover Indian food from last night. I've found that something about reheating Indian food always makes it spicier. But I'm looking forward to it, even though my tastebuds are wusses.
Time to go - I just made myself very hungry.
I'll talk about that CS show eventually....
Peace.
