Having already kicked my ass on Monday, my trainer showed no mercy in our session yesterday and worked me harder still. But that's what I pay her to do, and I think I can safely say that I am getting my money's worth. I see her back to back again next week. I have five days to recover.
Ahren agreed to come with me to the gym tonight, so I'll go and do some easy stuff to give myself a little break, then I'll take Thursday off for bridge and it's back to the grind on Friday.
My Edhead friends Kerry and Jill are going to be at the Nut this weekend, so I'll be spending at least one day this weekend partying with them. I'm hoping they'll be enthusiastic about the water park, and also that it won't be crowded. It never was when I lived there, but it's been open for a year now.
I have to direct the bridge game here on Sunday afternoon, and my payment is anything after rent. Four tables pays the rent, so hopefully it'll be a good sized game and I'll actually have something to show for it.
Speaking of something to show...I've got some trades to pick.
